Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our prediction for when your order will arrive. We calculate EDT by adding the estimated fulfillment time (2-5 business days) and estimated shipping time. The estimated fulfillment time considers current order volume and our capacity, but EDT is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Orders might be delayed due to issues like file problems, out-of-stock items, or shipping disruptions (e.g., failed delivery attempts, service delays, bad weather).

Estimated shipping times are based on our historical data for your region:

U.S.: Standard (3-4 business days), Expedited (1-3 business days)
Canada: Standard (5-10 business days)
Europe: Standard (4-8 business days)
International: Standard (10-20 business days)

Note: Free shipping has the same estimated shipping time as standard shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
